Over the summer, Mid-Prairie School District’s new administrative team and a group of teachers put together a vision for the district.Their rough draft was presented to the school board last week. Superintendent Mark Schneider says the Mid-Prairie vision is a graphic that explains their mission statement, which focuses on curriculum, teachers, and students. It will be adjusted and discussed further by the school board before its adopted.

He adds once it is, they’ll use it when making decisions, and compare it with current initiatives to make sure they align.
