In an effort to get the community involved in volunteering, a non-profit in Wayland is holding a public event this weekend. On His Path will be hosting the second annual Fall Fair at their location in the city’s industrial park.

Executive Director of On His Path, Emily Ferguson, says during the fair, they’re holding a Kids Against Hunger event, as part of their initiative to package 100,000 meals for developing nations. Ferguson says they’re 23,000 meals short of their goal.

In addition to the packaging, there will be a meal, a bouncy castle, giant slide, and pony rides during the event being held from 3 to 7 on Saturday.
