Yesterday was the last day to submit forms for candidacy for the Washington City Council and seven people will be on the ballot. Those on the ballot include:
Current Mayor Sandra Johnson and Councilmembers Russ Zieglowsky and Merlin Hagie, as well Park Commissioner Kevin Caldwell.
Jaron Rosien for Ward 4
And running for the at-large seat, Lyn Thomas and Kathryn Salazar.
The election will be held in November.
