A plane carrying two Washington residents made an emergency landing near Urbana, Indiana, this week after the engine of the aircraft malfunctioned and the propeller came off. Fifty-two-year-old Tracy J. Swift of Washington was taken to Parkview Hospital with a possible broken leg and lacerations. Fifty-nine-year-old Timothy G. Swift, a passenger, and 62-year-old pilot Rex A. Ott of Danville were uninjured in the incident. Ott was able to control the 1963 Beechcraft into a soy bean field.
