Residents failing to pay their utility bills may see those services shut off. The 102 past due utility accounts, adding up to $30,000 worth of unpaid bills, was brought up last month and addressed again at the City Council’s last meeting. City Administrator Nick Pacha says they’ve decided to step up enforcement of their past due utility policy, meaning some customers will have their utilities shut off.
