Snow showers were experienced across the state yesterday. Washington didn’t experience any snow, but did receive nearly 2-tenths of an inch of precipitation with a high of 39 degrees and a low of 34 degrees. While the mercury dipped near freezing, it was not the record low – which was set in 1981 at 25 degrees.

Early evening showers are expected today with a chance of snow.
