Emme Keith was an all-conference runner for Washington this season, but with a very tough district, she will need to run another best race ever to get into the top ten individuals.

Head coach Steve Roth said his kids have rested their legs and tried to focus more on this meet to go out and run the best race of the season.

“We stayed inside and tried to save our legs, and stretching a lot, and just mentally preparing then we did last year, like I said I am still upset with how we weren’t prepared last year,” Roth said. “We talked about just running as good as we can, I mean it is going to be cold, but it’s not going to be raining or anything like that. All that we have talked about is just running our best race, and that is all we can do.”
