Bids for roadwork in Kalona will be opened tomorrow evening. The bid-letting will be held tomorrow at the Community Center during the City Council meeting. The asphalt work is estimated to cost around $115,000. The Council will also look at approving a Tax Increment Financing  agreement with YM Developers LLC.
