Celebration of life services for 57-year-old Phyllis Jean Svatos of Lancaster, California, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow (10/30) at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Jones and Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from noon until 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery.
