It will be a busy weekend at a local pumpkin patch. Sass Family Farm near Riverside is holding their annual Pumpkin Festival. The event, that features hayrack rides, a haunted barn and petting zoo, has been held for the past 12 years. Owner Maury Sass says it all started when he grew pumpkins for his first grandchild, and had some left over. He now has all of his grandchildren helping out with his operation. The Pumpkin Fest is being held today and tomorrow from 11am to 7pm.
