The trial of a woman accused of using a pocket knife to stab someone in Wellman has been set. 26-year-old Emily Kaye Richardson’s trial in Washington County is scheduled to begin February 25th.  Following the incident last month, she was charged with assault causing serious injury, a Class D Felony, and domestic abuse assault while using or displaying a weapon, an aggravated misdemeanor.  Earlier this month, Richardson entered a plea of not guilty.
