The Washington County Riverboat Foundation is meeting tonight in Washington. The group will set up procedure and dates for fall grant reviews and presentations, discuss the approval of grant extension requests, and discussion of director terms. The fall grant applications were due last Thursday. Tonight’s meeting is being held at 6 p.m. at the Washington Public Library.

In May the foundation presented 31 grants for approximately $3.4 million, at that time the largest grant from the group was presented to the Washington Betterment Foundation for a new Washington High School auditorium for $2.5 million.
