Wellman residents have a couple of options for getting rid of their fall yard waste. According to City Administrator Nick Pacha, burning is allowed in city limits. The city also sells special yard waste bags for leaves and tree trimmings for 50 cents. Pacha says volunteers pick those bags up on Monday’s.
