A judge will consider lowering Seth Techel’s bond Monday. The Iowa Attorney Generals Office says the hearing will be held in Monroe County, where Techel is currently being held. His defense last week filed a motion to have Techel’s bond lowered from $750,000 to $75,000. Techel is accused of killing his pregnant wife in May of 2012. Mistrial’s have been declared in both of his trials, the last one wrapping up earlier this month in Henry County.
