PAWS and More Animal Shelter in Washington is promoting cat adoptions at this time. Director of the shelter, Amber Talbot, explains that with the weather getting colder, more people are bringing stray cats to the shelter. She calls this time of year their second busiest, following the spring when kittens are prevalent. At this time a number of cats have reduced adoption fees of just $25. She adds that information and photos the all of the animals at the shelter can be found online at the shelter’s website.
