The first annual meeting of the recently formed English River Watershed Management Authority is tonight. The public and the twelve members of the group are invited to the meeting that begins at 7pm at the Sigourney Public Library. Topics of discussion include the Comprehensive Watershed Planning Grant and an open house slated for January. There will also be a question and answer session with the Iowa Flood Center, Iowa Soybean Association, and the Watershed Coordinator.
