Funeral services for 87-year-old Ralph Hackert of Richland will be held Friday, November 15th at 10am at the Richland United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 14th from 6 to 8pm at the church.The Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
