The Washington City Council will consider two resolutions at their meeting tomorrow evening regarding housing. The first, a resolution of intent, is for a proposed 32 unit apartment complex that is for low to moderate incomes. If the plan for the two-building complex is approved by the council and the state, then it will use $315,000 in TIF dollars over a 15 year period. Rent would be between $400 and $650 per unit. The other resolution is a reconsideration of creating a neighborhood pride enhancement committee in the city. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. tomorrow in the council chambers.
