A Kalona man was arrested and charged for three offenses yesterday morning. Twenty-one-year-old Frank Arnold Tanke was arrested in the 300 block of 4th Street in Kalona yesterday. He was charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree and theft in the 5th degree.
