The Washington County Riverboat Foundation held their fall grant reception last night and awarded 52 grants to area organizations. The largest grant of the night was for Friends of Lake Darling for $298,500 four-season cabins. In total the foundation presented $1,365,787 in grants last night. President of the foundation’s board Patty Koller said that since the casino opened in 2006, 737 grants have been awarded for $26.8 million.
