The Washington County Attorney is currently reviewing a state audit of Riverside’s Flexible Spending Accounts. The special investigation conducted by the state auditor looked at records between July of 2006 and December 31st, 2012. The audit found $64,000 worth of improper disbursements. Another $274,000 in disbursements were seen as questionable. Washington County Attorney Larry Brock says his office has not made a decision on whether criminal charges will be filed.

The audit was requested by Rusty Rogerson shortly after assuming his role as city administrator.
