A winter weather advisory is in effect for the area from 6 p.m. tonight to 6 p.m. tomorrow. Snow is expected to develop this afternoon with accumulations between 4 and 6 inches. Visibility may be as little as less than half a mile at times and hazardous travel conditions may occur.
