The City of Wellman is accepting bids for a project at their Wastewater plant. The estimate for replacing an out of date piece of equipment at the plant, adding a bypass channel and building a structure to house the channel is roughly $800,000. City Administrator Nick Pacha says the city council will review the bids at their first meeting in February.
