The Columbus Junction girl’s basketball team ended their losing streak last night with a 40-28 win over WACO.

The Wildcats led the whole way, leading 15-12 at the half, and pulling away in the third quarter after outscoring the Warriors 16-10.

Columbus Junction was led by Kelsey Pretz with 20 points, while WACO was led by Aliyah Brown with eight points.

Columbus moves to 2-6 overall, while WACO falls to 2-6.
