The Highland girls basketball team got a big win on Saturday against Columbus.

The Huskies pulled away with a big second quarter, outscoring the Wildcats 17-6, on their way to the 58-38 win.

Highland was led by Chelsey Lampe with 19 points in the game, while Cheyanne Adamson and Bridget Murphy both had 10. Martha Anaya led Columbus Junction with 12 points.

Highland improves to 9-4 overall and 7-4 in conference play, while Columbus falls to 3-10 overall and 2-10 in conference play.
