Contractors will review the City of Hills’ plans for a water system this afternoon. The pre-bid construction meeting begins at 1:30 at the Hills Community Center. Bids are due by February 6th. City Clerk Bonnie Hansen says the City Council will most likely discuss the bids and select one at their meeting on February 10th.

The project is estimated to cost $5.2 million. That includes the expense of hooking up homes to the supply network.

The City is hoping to break ground in March or April.
