A filmmaker is focusing on the history of Lake Darling State Park for his next project. Documentary film producer Samuel Koltinsky’s other work includes America’s Darling, which looked into Jay N ‘Ding’ Darling’s life as a cartoonist and conservationist. President of Friends of Lake Darling, Fay Vittetoe says the documentary Koltinsky is making will focus on the park’s history and the conservation effort undertaken over the last 15 years. Vittetoe shares the filmmaker will be back in the Brighton area sometime in the next few weeks to gather more information.
