The Lone Tree girl’s had some struggles in the first half of the season, despite not losing by a whole lot of points, their record is still 2-5.

The Lions open up the second half of the season with a even more struggling L-M team, a 3-2 Bellevue Marquette squad and then a struggling Columbus Junction team before they face Highland.

Lone Tree has a -8.4 point difference per game against their opponents, but most of that came in a 61-22 loss to Mediapolis. Taking that game out the difference is only -3.3 points.

Madelyn Flemr is 17th in class 1A in scoring for the Lions.

Lone Tree opens up play this Friday and Saturday against L-M and Bellevue Marquette.
