Friends of Lake Darling has organized a trip to the Herbert Hoover Museum for the grand opening of a temporary exhibit. The Hidden Works of Jay N. “Ding” Darling will feature a collection of his cartoons, sketches and personal items. Seats are still open on the bus that will leave from Brighton Saturday morning and stop in Washington before heading to West Branch. Call 694-2815 to reserve a spot.
