A winter start is expected for a project at Wellman’s North Park. Using a $25,000 Washington County Riverboat grant and $10,000 from the city, both restrooms at the park will be renovated. City Administrator Nick Pacha says Pat Cady Construction of Wellman will likely begin demolition this winter. He explains that they’ll keep the framing, but will replace just about everything else.
