Propellers and pancakes will be at the Washington Municipal Airport this Sunday. The annual Fly-In Breakfast is being held by the pilot’s association and local American Legion. Pilot Tim Swift explains the event is a long-standing tradition in Washington, where breakfast is available and pilots fly from across the Midwest to take part. Community members are invited to the fundraiser to see the planes and purchase a meal. The money raised will go to the two organizations for various projects, including scholarships for students to attend flight camps.

The breakfast will be held from 7 to 11 a.m. Sunday, for more information listen to today’s Washington Page with Swift.
