Highland’s Post Prom Committee will continue their fundraising for the event today. The second annual Prom and Formal Attire Resale is taking place at Highland High School from 9am until 3pm. Committee member Trisha Walsh says students brought their dresses in yesterday to be put on sale today. The dress owners receive 80% of the proceeds, while the rest goes to their post prom activities. Walsh says they sell ice cream sundaes at games, hold can drives and this sale to finance the event that usually costs around $9,000 to put on.
