The Sigourney School Board has selected a new superintendent. Board President Mark O’Rourke announced yesterday that they had selected Dave Harper, who most recently served as a middle school Principal in the Ottumwa School District. Sigourney’s current superintendent, Dr. Craig Scott, has been serving on a temporary basis for the past year as the school board searched for a replacement.
Harper will take over on July 1st.
