Riverside’s second budget workshop is taking place tonight. The City Council will discuss the tax levy and hear a presentation from a Minneapolis consulting firm regarding the city’s water and sewer rates. City Administrator Rusty Rogerson says they hired Northland Securities to analyze their rates and  offer recommendations on where the prices should be set. Tonight’s work session begins at 6, and with the deadline to submit the budget being March 15th, the budget hearing will be held at the council’s meeting on March 3rd.
