A wreck has Highway 92 down to one lane near the Ainsworth Four Corners Restaurant and gas station, near the Highway 218 southbound lanes on ramp. A PT Cruiser had front end damage to the extent that the front bumper had detached from the vehicle. It is not known at this time if there were injuries.

Washington County Sheriff’s personnel, Washington Rescue, Ainsworth QRS, Iowa State Patrol and area first responders were on the scene. KCII will bring you more information when it becomes official.
