A visitation for 72-year-old Elmo Kern of Washington will be held Thursday (3/20) from 1 to 8 p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County and the Washington County Mini Bus.
