A fire was reported shortly after 10:30 yesterday morning at 311 East 5th Street in Washington. Smoke could be seen coming from the building’s roof. No flames were visible. Fire fighters entered the building and took a fan inside. There was no electricity or gas hooked up to the building. Washington Fire Department, Washington Police Department and area first responders were at the scene.
