A one-million gallon ground storage reservoir will be constructed in the City of Washington. At this week’s meeting the city council approved the project and awarded the contract to Natgun Corporation of Wakefield, Massachusetts, for $1.6 million. The water storage will be a two chambered reservoir.

The current reservoir is over 100 years old and has multiple cracks and corrosion.
