Crooked Creek Christian Camp is getting ready to start their summer camp season next week.  Angela Widmer from Crooked Creek says starting on Monday their camp staff will begin training for the upcoming summer camps which will begin the following week.  She says the staff will be learning about emergency procedures, first aid and CPR training along with how to interact with the children.

Widmer adds they will learn how to cook over a campfire and silly camp songs as well.  She notes anyone who has not signed up for a camp yet can call the before the camp begins to see if there are open spots.  The summer camps start on the 11th and will run through July 13th.
