Two Seniors Get All-Conference for IMS

The Iowa Mennonite girls basketball team took two spots on the all-conference team.

Olivia Yutzy was nominated for first team all-conference. Yutzy led IMS with 318 points, 38 steals and 140 rebounds.

On second team for IMS is Kristin Davis. Davis had 164 points and 73 assists.

Head coach Aaron Gingerich said those two seniors have been big leaders for the team for their career.

“Those two girls just did so much for the program, and it was just a pleasure to coach them and enjoy them for those three years,” Gingerich said.

Honorable mentions for IMS are Riley Schmieder and Hannah Miller.

IMS finished their season at 14-10 overall.
