Just three days after the Washington Relays, the Demon and Columbus Junction track teams will be back at it again tonight at West Burlington Notre Dame.

Washington and the Wildcats ran on Friday, and both had quality nights. Tonight they will look to do it again, with minimal to no practice from the last meet they ran.

Washington head coach Steve Roth talked about not liking the situation, but you have to get meets in when you can.

“Not sure I like that, but if it warms up it will be good for us. I’ll move a couple people around to different events, I’m not sure what I am going to do yet, I have to see how everyone feels with hamstrings and ankles, and the colds. I’ll enter them, and see what they’re going to do, but we’re going to use it for a workout, they are going to run a little further than they usually do, if it warms up like it is supposed to, it will be good for them,” Roth said.

Winfield-Mt.Union and Highland will also make their way to West Burlington Notre Dame for the meet tonight.

First events go off at 4:30.
