A long time Keokuk County Extension employee has been recognized for their years of service. Donna Decker has been inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame. According to Keokuk County Youth Coordinator, Shelly Koehn, they inducted her because she dedicated a lot of her time, including free time, to their 4-H program. Decker retired from her position as Office Assistant earlier this year.
