The Washington Demons boys soccer team is hosting Mt. Pleasant tonight.

This is a rekindled school rivalry in boys soccer, as the Demons have caught fire this season after beating Keokuk last week.

The Demons are 3-1 this season, and have only allowed six goals this season thanks to phenomenal play by goalie Jacob Baughman. Mason Quigley leads the way with six goals for Washington, but you can’t forget about Joe Smith or Chris Avila on the opposite side who both have four goals.

The Panthers are 2-3 this season, and have gone 1-1 on the conference season. Yiannis Steryiannis leads the Panthers with two goals and two assists, and behind him are four players with a goal each.

Tonight’s game is at Washington with a 4:30 kickoff.
