Updates will be presented at tomorrow’s Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting. One update regarding Richmond and Rubio sanitary sewer projects will be presented. The county has until June 1st to have all systems compliant, recently Supervisor Jack Seward reported that six systems are not compliant. If these systems are not compliant by the deadline, the county may be fined up to $5,000 daily by the DNR and $10,000 daily by the Environmental Protection Agency.

The other update will be presented by Jody Baily and Ryan Schlabaugh for the English River Watershed Management Authority. Tomorrow’s meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.
