Proceeds from a golf tournament this weekend will help students attend a private school outside of Kalona. Iowa Mennonite School’s Annual Fairway Fun Golf Outing is now in its fourth year. The format is a 4-person best-ball, with flighting, or different skill divisions. Registration begins at the Kalona Golf Course at 7:30, shotgun start is at 8am on Saturday. The entry fee includes 18 holes, a cart, lunch and a sleeve of balls. Additional funds go to their Student Financial Assistance program, which allows those unable to afford tuition attend the school.
