After months of planning, Kalona’s community celebration is less than a week a way. Kalona Days will be held downtown Friday and Saturday. The two day event begins on Friday at 5:30 with registration for the Fun Run, and will continue all day Saturday. This year’s Chairperson, Curt Wyse, says popular activities from last year are returning, like the pony rides and dog show.
