A hearing and letting for a sanitary sewer rehabilitation project in the City of Washington will be discussed at tonight’s city council meeting. The project will include approximately 3,300 feet of cured-in-place pipe lining, sewer cleaning, televising, root sawing and manhole installation. Bids will be due by July 10th and the project is expected to be complete by October 1st.

Tonight the council will also consider the site plan for Hills Bank & Trust, an engineering agreement for a water tower and approve plans regarding the South 12th Avenue and East Tyler Street reconstruction project. The council will meet at 6 p.m. in the council chambers.
