Washington to Fix Sewer Problems

An estimated nearly $140,000 will be spent for the City of Washington’s sanitary sewer rehabilitation phase one project. The city council approved the project and notice of hearing and letting at this week’s meeting. Sealed proposals will be accepted until July 10th. The approximate 3,300 of pipe lining and cleaning will be in sections of Main Street, 8th, Van Buren, Harrison and Tyler. Sealed proposals will be accepted until July 10th.
