The All-District team for class 3A baseball has been released, and Washington finds three players on the list.

Also on first team is Walker Breard for first base. Breard hit .438 on the season with nine homers, three triples, seven doubles and 43 RBI’s, which left him with a .854 slugging percentage and during the season he had just three errors on 161 putouts.

On second team at Utility is Tanner Knupp, who hit .367 for the season with 12 RBI’s, two triples, six doubles and 39 runs scored. He also had a 1-2 record on the mound.

Head coach Nathan Miller talked about the three all-district players, and all of his seniors for what they did this season.

“As a coaching staff we couldn’t be more thankful for what those guys have contributed to the season this last year, and to the program the last five years,” Miller said.

Washington fell in the district title game, and finished 17-15.
