The Iowa Mennonite softball team hosts WMU tonight for the first round of the 1A softball playoffs.

IMS comes into the game at 2-18 on the season. Statia Majerick is the top bat for IMS with a .341 average, but it’s Kaylin Brokaw who has the best average plus multiple RBI’s. Rachel Miller is the arm with a 1-14 record, 5.09 ERA and 20 strikeouts.

WMU is 1-20 on the season with just eight RBI’s. The best bat for the Wolves is Sam Janison with a .327 average with three RBI’s, and is the only player on the team with an average over .300. In the circle, WMU has a team ERA of 8.21.
